Check the C|Net HDTV picture settings form. They might have more information there for the regular 2-D calibrations, and maybe you can open a poster asked questions for the 3-D settings.

Of course, picture settings can vary by room size, room color, and even ambient light. So while someone's posted settings may not be ideal for your particular environment, it may give you a good starting point to fine-tune for your environment.
