Samsung SRD-830D 8 channel DVR

I recently had this DVR installed along with some security cameras. I'm getting close to the hard drive capacity (368 GB used out of 499 GB). There are some recorded events that I'd like to save, but I can't find any info in the instruction manual that explains how to copy the events onto a DVD. Can anyone walk me through it? Thanks.
